At AON Invent we realize that inventors have good reason to be skeptical of invention submission companies, and our continued success depends upon maintaining a sterling reputation with inventors and product development teams alike. While we are committed to always acting in the best interest of our customers, by running an honest invention company and we realize that even one mis-step in a "gray area" could compromise the reputation we have worked so hard to build.
For this reason we have created an independent Ethics Committee to oversee our operations. This committee is chaired by attorney Susan Hoeller, who is highly-sought in her areas of expertise, and we are very excited to have her on board. You can read her bio below:
After graduating from Vanderbilt Law School, Ms. Hoeller launched a career that has included a partnership with a large Texas law firm, where she specialized in technology law, as well as Associate General Counsel for Walmart Stores, Inc. and Senior Counsel for Texas Instruments Incorporated positions.
While at Walmart, Susie provided legal counsel for the company’s global procurement, merchandising, private label development, food and product safety departments and sustainability initiatives.
As Senior Counsel for Texas Instruments, Ms. Hoeller received an “Exceptional Service Award” from the President and Chairman of the Board. Susie was appointed by the Board of Directors to TI’s Ethics Committee. She handled a wide variety of legal assignments related to the company’s supply chain, operations, marketing, sales, compliance and litigation.
